This Lemon Asparagus Pasta recipe is vegetarian-friendly and made with just a handful of easy ingredients.
Salt water and boil pasta according to package instructions.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add in asparagus and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Pour in wine and deglaze pan making sure to scrape the brown bites from the pan. Add in cold butter and stir until melted. Stir in lemon juice and add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta in the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, if desired.
