In a blender or food processor combine dijon, garlic, white wine vinegar, Worcestershire and anchovies. Pulse for 30 seconds or until there are no large chunks and everything is combined.
Add mayonnaise to a medium bowl. Add in the anchovy sauce and whisk to combine. Set aside until your ready to toss with your pasta salad.
In a large bowl combine romaine, cubed cooked chicken, cooked pasta and croutons. Add dressing to taste and toss to combine.
Serve with slices of parmesan cheese on top.
