This BLT Pasta Salad is my new favorite recipe! It is creamy and tangy from the homemade ranch dressing with a nice crunch from the bacon and shredded lettuce. This recipe makes an awesome side dish or main course.

How to make BLT Pasta Salad

  • To start cook pasta according to package instructions.
  • Add the cooled pasta in a large bowl along with the cooked bacon, cherry tomatoes and lettuce. Toss to combine.
  • Add in ranch dressing and toss to coat the pasta. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Place in the fridge until you are ready to serve.

Making your own ranch dressing at home is so easy and it tastes amazing! I love making a batch of this dressing at the beginning of the week and using it throughout on salads and as a dip. To make this ranch dressing simply combine mayo, sour cream, milk, Worcestershire, hot sauce, lemon juice, fresh dill and parsley! This dressing lasts for up to a week the fridge! This recipe makes the perfect amount for the pasta salad. If you want some ranch leftover go ahead and double the recipe!

  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
  • chopped fresh parsley for serving, if desired

Homemade Ranch Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp hot sauce, or more to taste
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper, to taste
