These Asian Chicken Bites are sticky, sweet and dripping with sauce!

Combine cubed chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl, and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

When the oil is nice and hot add in the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes a side or until the chicken is fully cooked. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a large skillet with high sides.

In a saucepan, heat 1 tbsp oil, add garlic, and sauté until brown. Whisk in the honey, soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, chili sauce and rice wine vinegar, and bring to a simmer. Mix cornstarch with water, gradually add to sauce, whisk until thickened.

Add the sauce to the skillet with the chicken and toss to combine.
Serve immediately with sesame seeds and green onions for garnish!
