Baked Oats are a wholesome and delicious breakfast option that take oats to a whole new level!
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease two ramekins with cooking spray. Add all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips to the blender. Blend for 60 seconds or until the mixture is combined.
Divide the batter between the two ramekins and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the tops look set. Let them rest for 10 minutes!
Serve them with a drizzle of peanut butter or maple syrup.
