Honey Roasted Carrots

These Honey Roasted Carrots take only 15 minutes to throw together and only 3 ingredients to make.

CUT CARROTS

Preheat oven to 425F. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. Cut carrots on a bias and place them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

BROWN BUTTER

Add butter to a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat until light brown color (about 5-10 minutes). Add the honey to the  butter and stir to combine.

POUR HONEY BUTTER

Pour the honey butter onto the carrots and toss until the carrots are evenly covered with the honey butter.

BAKE

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and tender. If you want extra caramelization broil on high for 1-2 minutes.

Serve immediately with fresh chopped parsley if desired and a sprinkle of salt.
