These Air Fryer Chickpeas are made with just olive oil and a handful of dry spices.
Preheat air fryer to 400F. Spray the rack insert of the air fryer with cooking spray. Spread drained and rinsed chickpeas on a kitchen towel to dry completely.
Add the chickpeas, oil and either the curry spices or paprika spice blend to a medium bowl and toss to coat.
Add the chickpeas to the preheated air fryer and cook for 10-15 or until your desired crispness. I like to toss the chickpeas about half way through cooking.
