Drop Biscuits

These 5 Ingredient Drop Biscuits are quick and easy to make, requiring only basic pantry staples!

Mix dry ingredients

Preheat oven to 450F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and mix all of the try ingredients in bowl. Add in cubed butter and using a fork cut the butter into the flour.

Form biscuits

Pour in the buttermilk and mix just until the dough comes together. Drop 2 tbsp sized mounds onto the prepared baking sheet. I got 12 medium size biscuits.

Bake

Place in the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.

Serve with jam, butter or clotted cream.
