Cranberry Orange Bread 

Try making this Cranberry Orange Bread this Christmas! It's perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a snack with tea or coffee!

MIX DRY INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9 x 5 pan with cooking spray. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Add butter and mix until crumbly.

MIX BATTER

Stir in the zest, juice and egg. Mix until combined. Fold in the cranberries.

BAKE

Pour batter (it will be thick) into the prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.

MAKE ORANGE GLAZE

Combine the ingredients together in a small bowl, set aside.

COOL BREAD & GLAZE

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 30 minutes then remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Once the bread is cool pour on the glaze.
