Yes you can make Wonton Soup at home! All you need is a couple ingredients for a flavorful broth!

Simmer broth, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar for 15 minutes. In a bowl, combine ground pork, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and green onions.

Lay out wonton wrappers on a dry work surface. Place 1 tsp of the pork mixture into the center of each wrapper. Using your fingers brush water onto all four sides of the wrapper.

Fold the wonton in half and pinch seem closed, then bring the 2 bottom sides together. Wet the two bottom points before touching them together so they stick. Repeat with the remaining wontons.

Add the wontons to the soup and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Serve immediately with green onions on top for garnish!
