Air Fryer Chickpeas

These Air Fryer Chickpeas are perfect for meal-prep ahead of a busy week or for packing in school lunches.

DRY CHICKPEAS

Preheat air fryer to 400F. Spray the rack of the air fryer with cooking spray, and spread drained and rinsed chickpeas on a kitchen towel to dry completely.

ADD SEASONINGS

Add the chickpeas, oil and either the curry spices or paprika spice blend to a medium bowl and toss to coat.

AIR FRY

Add the chickpeas to the preheated air fryer and cook for 10-15 or until your desired crispness.
