These Super Sticky Asian Chicken Bites are a great alternative to take-out! And they come with a delicious homemade dipping sauce
Add the cubed chicken, soy sauce and cornstarch to a medium bowl and toss to coat the chicken. Allow the chicken to marinade for 15 minutes.
Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a skillet. Add in the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes a side or until the chicken is cooked.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan. Add in garlic and cook until the garlic starts to brown. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk and bring the sauce to a simmer. Add cornstarch and water to a small bowl and whisk. Slowly add the cornstarch to the saucepan and whisk until thickened.
Add the sauce to the skillet with the chicken and toss to combine.
Serve immediately with sesame seeds and green onions for garnish!
