Baked Chicken Tenders

These Crispy Parmesan chicken tenders taste just like fried chicken without all of the calories!

Prepare breading

Preheat oven to 425F, line a sheet with a wire rack, and spray with cooking spray. Combine flour, salt, and pepper in one bowl. Mix eggs, cream, vinegar, and mustard in another. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, and seasonings.

Season chicken

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.

Bread chicken

Starting with the flour and ending with breadcrumbs, dip the chicken into the flour, egg and  breadcrumbs. Place the chicken tenders on the  baking sheet.

Bake

Spray the chicken tenders with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until an internal thermometer reaches 165 degrees.

Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces such as marinara sauce and fries or a side salad to complete the meal.
