Banana Oatmeal Cookies

This Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies recipe will be ready in less than 20 minutes!

MASH BANANA

Preheat oven to 350F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl add in the bananas and mash using the back of a fork or a muddler.

MAKE BATTER

Add in the oats, peanut butter, cinnamon, maple syrup and chocolate chips.

FORM COOKIES

Stir to combine. Portion out large tablespoon size cookies. Using the back of a fork press the cookies down to flatten.

BAKE

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cookies look set. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing them.
