Chicken Shrimp Alfredo

Take your Alfredo up a notch and make this Chicken Shrimp Alfredo! It makes the perfect weeknight dinner!

COOK PASTA

Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and drizzle with olive oil, set aside.

SAUTE CHICKEN

Sprinkle half of the seasonings on the chicken and sprinkle the other half onto the shrimp in separate bowls then toss to coat. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet. Add in chicken and sauté for until cooked.

SAUTE SHRIMP

Remove the chicken and add the remaining tbsp of oil to the same skillet and add in the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp is no longer translucent. Set aside with the chicken.

MAKE ALFREDO SAUCE

Add butter to a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add in garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasonings. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes stirring frequently. Take off the heat and stir in the parmesan cheese.

ASSEMBLE

Add in the white wine and deglaze the pan by scraping up the brown bites off the bottom. Simmer for 1-2 minutes then add in the cooked noodles, chicken, shrimp and alfredo sauce to the pan. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve immediately with fresh chopped parsley and more parmesan cheese! Enjoy!
