These Chinese Dumplings (AKA Potstickers) are a lot easier to make then you think!
Add ground chicken, cabbage, green onion, ginger, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sesame oil to a large bowl and mix.
Divide the mixture among the wrappers. Typically takes about 28 wrappers, and about 1/2 tablespoon filling into each.
Brush all four edges of the wrapper with water. Use a dumpling maker to press the edges together or fold the wrapper and pleat the edges with your hands.
Fill your pan or wok with 1 to 2 inches of simmering water. Line the steamer levels with parchment paper. Add the dumplings on top, then steam for about 10 minutes.
Add in water and place a lid over the pan to steam. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a pan and sauté dumplings for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
