Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

 This Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread is super moist, soft and loaded with tons of chocolate chips!

Mix dry ingredients

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 x 5 loaf pan and set aside. In a large bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.

Mix wet ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, oil, pumpkin, both sugars and greek yogurt until combined.

Combine batter

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and fold gently. Do not over mix.

Bake

Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 20 minutes.
