This Cranberry Orange Sauce makes for the perfect holiday side dish.
Rinse your cranberries to remove any dirt and pick through any bad cranberries. Reserve 1/2 cup of cranberries and set aside.
In a medium saucepan combine the remaining cranberries, water, orange juice and sugar.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the sauce if thickened. Take off of the heat and stir in the orange zest and the 1/2 cup of reserved cranberries.
Allow the cranberry sauce to cool before serving or refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
