Stir Fry Thai Chicken

This Thai Basil Chicken Stir Fry stir fry is loaded with tons of fresh vegetables.

MARINATE CHICKEN

Add chicken breast, soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch to a medium bowl. Toss to coat the chicken in the sauce and let it marinate for 10 minutes.

STIR FRY CHICKEN

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the chicken to the pan in batches and cook for 2-3 minutes.  Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

COOK VEGGIES

Add the remaining tbsp of oil to the skillet. Add in the bell peppers and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the ginger, garlic and white parts of the green onion. Cook for 2 minutes.

ASSEMBLE

Stir in the  soy sauce, honey and water to the skillet. Add the chicken back to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce. Simmer for 1-2 minutes then remove from the heat.

Stir in the thai basil and serve with sesame seeds and green onions!
