Goldfish Crackers

These Goldfish Crackers only require 5 ingredients!

Combine ingredients

Add cheese, butter, flour and salt to a food processor with the blade attachment.

Pulse

Pulse for 20-30 seconds then add in the milk and continue to pulse until the mixture is combined and crumbly.

Refrigerate dough

Transfer the mixture to a floured surface and knead for 1 minute. Shape the dough into a ball, flatten it into a disc, and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll out dough

Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove the dough from the fridge and roll it out to a 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness.

Cut goldfish

Using a cutter, cut the dough into crackers. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet (making sure they don't touch).

Bake

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they start to get slightly golden brown.
