Baked Apple Oatmeal

Loaded with all of your favorite fall flavors, this healthy Baked Apple Oatmeal is a wholesome morning treat!

BLEND & FOLD

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Set aside 1 cup of diced apples and 1/2 cup of the oats. Add the remaining apples, oats, and the rest of the ingredients to a blender. Blend for 30-60 seconds. Remove the blade fand old in the oats and diced apple by hand.

ADD TO THE PAN

Grease a 9 x 9 pan with non stick cooking spray. Pour the oatmeal mixture into the prepared baking pan.

BAKE

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top looks set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.

Allow the oatmeal to cool completely before slicing and serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
