Healthy Baked Oatmeal

This Healthy Baked Oatmeal recipe is made with coconut oil and applesauce to lighten it up.

MIX DRY INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9 x 9 pan with cooking spray, set aside. In a bowl combine the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, set aside.

MIX WET INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl combine eggs, vanilla, almond milk, coconut oil and apple sauce.

MAKE BATTER

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips.

BAKE

Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and is set.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool before slicing.
