Healthy Baked Oatmeal

This Healthy Baked Oatmeal is loaded with chocolate chips and can be made ahead of time!

Mix dry ingredients

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9 x 9 pan with cooking spray, set aside. In a medium bowl combine the dry ingredients and set aside.

Mix wet ingredients

In a large bowl combine eggs, vanilla, almond milk, coconut oil and apple sauce.

Mix and bake

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and is set.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool before slicing.
