This Honey Mustard Salmon is an easy to make dish that is quick and nutritious!
Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. In a small bowl combine the dijon, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix to combine then set aside.
Spread half the mustard sauce onto the salmon.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
Brush with the remaining mustard sauce and serve with fresh parsley and enjoy!
