Roasted Asparagus

This Roasted Asparagus recipe is a quick and easy side dish that compliments any meal.

ROAST ASPARAGUS

Preheat oven to 425°F. Snap asparagus ends, place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat. Bake for 10-15 mins. Remove, toss with lemon juice.

MAKE TOPPING

Heat a skillet on medium heat with olive oil. Add breadcrumbs and cook until golden brown, stirring constantly for about about 3-4 minutes. Take off the heat and add in parsley and parmesan cheese.

Sprinkle on top of the asparagus and serve!
