Smashed Carrots

These Ranch Smashed Carrots have the natural sweetness of carrots with the savory zing of ranch!

BOIL CARROTS

Preheat oven to 400F. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add in baby carrots and cook until tender. Drain then transfer to a medium bowl.

ADD SEASONING

To the mixing bowl, carefully add olive oil and sprinkle the ranch seasoning, then toss everything together thoroughly to ensure each carrots are coated perfectly.

SMASH CARROTS

Transfer carrots to a baking sheet then smash each carrot with the bottom of a cup or mason jar.

BAKE

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until crispy flipping halfway through.
