Grain-free, healthy and totally delicious. Sweet Potato Toast is the new breakfast that is sure to start your day off right!
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Layer potato slices on to the prepared baking sheet and spray with non stick cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes or until soft and tender.
Preheat the air fryer to 400F. Grease the metal insert with nonstick spray. Layer the sweet potatoes in the basket in an even layer. You may have to do two batches.
Cook for 12-14 minutes flipping halfway through or until they are soft and fork tender.
Top with mashed avocado and a sprinkle of everything seasoning!
Top with creamy peanut butter, a sprinkle of granola and a drizzle of honey!
