Made with an herb packed cream cheese and thinly sliced cucumbers, these delectable Cucumber Tea Sandwiches are savory, refreshing and oh so cute!
Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan Cheese, dill, parsley, chives, lemon juice, zest, granulated garlic and onion. Stir until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Use about a tablespoon of cream cheese mixture and spread it onto each piece of bread.
Add the cucumber slices to the pieces of bread. Place one sandwich on top of the other and cut each sandwich into four pieces.
Serve these Cucumber Tea Sandwiches immediately or wrap up tightly in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
