Grilled Honey Lime Chicken

Super Easy Grilled Honey Lime Chicken. Sweet, zesty and crispy on the outside!


  • 4 chicken thighs skin on
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • fresh cilantro for serving


  1. *Note: Prep time does not include marinating time*
  2. Add all of the marinade ingredients to a medium bowl. Pour the marinade into a large ziplock bag reserving 1/4 of the marinade for brushing on top before serving.
  3. Add in chicken and place in the refrigerator overnight or for a minimum of three hours.
  4. When you're ready to cook heat your grill to medium high heat.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until fully cooked.
  6. Brush the remaining marinade mixture on top of the chicken.
  7. Serve immediately with fresh cilantro if desired.
