Ingredients
2/3cupcreamy peanut butter or almond butter
3/4cupold fashioned or rolled oats
1/4cupsemi sweet chocolate chips
1/4cup almonds, roughly chopped
1/4cupunsweetened shredded coconut
1/2cupground flax seed
2tbsphoney
Instructions
Combine all of ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes so they are easier to roll.
Roll into 12 bites and store in the fridge for up to a week.
