Ingredients
1/2cupcashews
1/2cupalmonds
1/2cupdried blueberries
1tsplemon zest
1tspvanilla
1/2cupdates, pitted (about 5)
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor with the blade attachment.
Pulse for 30-60 seconds or until everything is combined.
Roll into balls (I got about 12).Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week!
