Make the homemade cranberry juice: Add the cranberries, sugar, and water to a saucepan. Bring to a light simmer and cook until cranberries have opened up and the sauce has thickened, 20 minutes.
Stir in the orange juice then strain the whole cranberries out of the mixture using a sieve. You just made your own cranberry juice!!
Assemble the Cocktail Punch: Add pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, triple sec to a punch bowl. Top with sprigs of fresh rosemary, orange slices, pomegranate aerials and more fresh cranberries!
Serve: When you are ready to serve add in the champagne!
Bonus Points: For an extra fancy touch freeze some of the punch in ice cube trays with fresh cranberries and rosemary. Serve them in glasses topped with champagne. For the kids you can serve these with sparkling water on top or sparkling apple juice!
