Honey Barbecue Chicken Bites

Ingredients
2poundsboneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2cupall-purpose flour
5cupscorn flakes cereal, crushed
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoonchili powder
salt and pepper
2large eggs
1/4cupmilk
3/4cupbarbecue sauce
1/4cuphoney
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper and set aside.
Add flour to a small bowl, set aside.
Add cornflakes, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper to a medium bowl. Set aside.
Whisk eggs and milk together in a small bowl.
Begin by dipping chicken in flour then egg, then the crushed cornflakes. Repeat with all of the chicken bites.
Place the breaded chicken bites on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes on each side flipping halfway through.
Heat the barbecue sauce and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Toss to coat the chicken bites in the sauce and serve immediately.
