Ingredients
Marinade
1lbchicken breast, cubed
2tbsplow sodium soy sauce
2tbspcornstarch

3tbspneutral cooking oil
green onions for garnish, if desired
sesame seeds, if desired
Sauce
1tbspoil
2clovesgarlic, minced
1tbsphoney
3tbsplow sodium soy sauce
1-2tspsriracha, depending on how spicy you would like it
1tbspsesame oil
2tbspsweet Thai chili sauce
2tbsprice wine vinegar
1tspcornstarch
1tbspwater
Instructions
Marinade
Add the cubed chicken, soy sauce and cornstarch to a medium bowl and toss to coat the chicken. Allow the chicken to marinade for 15 minutes while you are prepping the rest of your ingredients.
Asian Chicken Bites
Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a large skillet with high sides. When the oil is nice and hot add in the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes a side or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Sauce
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a small saucepan. Add in garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes or until the garlic becomes fragrant and starts to brown.
Add in honey, soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, sweet thai chili sauce and rice wine vinegar. Whisk and bring the sauce to a simmer.Meanwhile add cornstarch and water to a small bowl and whisk until smooth and lump free. Slowly add the cornstarch slurry to the saucepan and whisk until the sauce is thickened. It should be able to coat the back of a spoon.
Assemble
Add the sauce to the skillet with the chicken and toss to combine.Serve immediately with sesame seeds and green onions for garnish!
