Thai Chicken
Thai Chicken marinated in a sweet and spicy sauce then grilled until crispy. This Thai chicken turns out incredibly juicy and tender on the inside! Serve with fresh chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, and lime wedges!

Ingredients
1 1/2lbschicken thighs, boneless skinless
2tbspthai chili sauce
2tbspfish sauce
1tbsplow sodium soy sauce
1tbspsesame oil
2tsplemon grass paste
2tspginger, grated
2tspgarlic grated
2tbsplight brown sugar
1lime juiced
1-2tspsriracha, depending on how spicy you like it
fresh chopped cilantro or thai basil on top. for serving
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients including your chicken thighs to a large bowl. Toss to coat the chicken in the marinade.Marinade for at least one hour or up to overnight.
When you're ready to eat preheat grill to 400 degrees.Cook for 3 minutes, turn 90 degrees then grill for another 3 minutes. (This gives the diagonal grill marks) Flip then cook for another 3 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Rest for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving with fresh chopped cilantro or thai basil on top!
