Moist Double Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread 

This double chocolate zucchini bread is made with chocolate chips, flaxseed, and fresh zucchini for delicious healthy flavors!

MIX FLOUR

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch pan and set aside. In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, flax seed and instant coffee granules or espresso powder.

COMBINE SUGAR

In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, greek yogurt or sour cream until combined.

Next, add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix together.

ADD ZUCCHINI

Next, add the shredded zucchini and chocolate chips to the batter.

Transfer the batter to the greased pan and bake in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes. You can test it with a knife stuck in the center to see if it is done.

BAKE

Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool before eating. Serve with butter!
