Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

This no-bake chocolate peanut butter pie is the best and made with Oreos. No cream cheese required for this easy recipe!

MAKE CRUST

Add the Oreos to the food processor and pulse until you have crumbs. Next, add the melted butter to the crumbs and pulse until well blended.

PRESS CRUST

Press the crust into a nine inch pan, then freeze for ten minutes.

CREAM BUTTER

Meanwhile, cream the butter and peanut butter in a stand mixer until combined.

ADD SUGAR

Add the powdered sugar to the peanut butter and mix until combined.

SPOON PEANUT BUTTER

Spoon the peanut butter into the pie crust and place in the refrigerator.

MAKE GANACHE

Make the ganache in a bowl by combining chocolate chips, peanut butter and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15 second intervals until melted.

POUR GANACHE

Allow the ganache to cool, then pour it in an even layer on top of the peanut butter filling.

CHILL

Place the pie back in the refrigerator for at least one hour to set. Enjoy!
