Pumpkin Banana Smoothie 

This heart-healthy and fiber-packed Pumpkin Banana Smoothie recipe is made with yogurt, plant-based milk, and pumpkin puree.

COMBINE EVERYTHING

Add all of the ingredients to the blender: Canned pumpkin, yogurt, milk, honey, banana and cinnamon.

BLEND

Pulse for about 30 seconds and stir the ingredients making sure to scrape the sides. Pulse for another 30-60 seconds or until blended.
