Breakfast Pizza

Breakfast Pizza is a delicious take on classic pizza, featuring a toasted pita bread crust topped with breakfast-friendly ingredients!

BROIL PITA BREAD

Preheat oven to BROIL. Place pitas directly on the oven rack and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, making sure they don't get too golden brown. Remove them from the oven and preheat the oven to 400F.

COOK EGGS

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Add in whisked eggs and scramble until almost cooked ( 80% of the way).

ASSEMBLE

Lay out the pitas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush them with butter. Top with cheese (1/3 cup for each pizza), bacon and eggs.

BAKE

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Top with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of salt and pepper and serve immediately!
