Cranberry  Sauce

 This Cranberry Orange Sauce makes for the perfect holiday side dish.

RINSE CRANBERRIES

Rinse the cranberries to remove any dirt and pick through any bad cranberries. Reserve 1/2 cup of cranberries and set aside.

COMBINE INGREDIENTS

In a medium saucepan combine the remaining cranberries, water, orange juice and sugar.

SIMMER

Simmer the sauce for 10-15 minutes or until it's thickened. Take off of the heat and stir in the orange zest and the reserved cranberries.

Allow the cranberry sauce to cool before serving or refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
