Teriyaki Meatballs

This Teriyaki Meatball Recipe is loaded with flavor!

MIX GROUND BEEF

Preheat oven to 400F. Move the oven rack to the bottom position. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, pepper, salt, onion, ginger and garlic to a bowl.

FORM MEATBALLS

Portion heaping tablespoon-size meatballs onto the baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes flipping halfway through.

SAUTE PEPPERS

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add in bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes.

ADD GARLIC & GINGER

Add in garlic and ginger and cook for 2 minutes.

MAKE SAUCE

Add in and simmer soy sauce, water, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil. Whisk 1 tbsp water and 1 tbsp cornstarch in a bowl. Add the slurry to the sauce and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

ADD MEATBALLS

Stir in the meatballs and toss to coat them in the sauce.

Top with sesame seeds and green onions! Serve and enjoy!
