Beef Teriyaki Noodles

Beef Teriyaki Noodles are a quick weeknight meal, ready in just 20 minutes.

TOSS BEEF IN CORNSTARCH

In a large bowl toss the beef with the cornstarch and set aside.

COOK NOODLES

Cook noodles per package directions, set aside.

SAUTE STEAK

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet. Add in the steak, and sauté until browned on both sides, 3-4 minutes. Set aside.

ADD GARLIC AND GINGER

Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the same pan. Add in garlic and ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes.

ADD SAUCE

In a bowl combine soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, sesame oil and fish sauce. Pour the mixture into the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

MAKE SLURRY

In a bowl mix together the cornstarch and water. Slowly pour in the cornstarch mixture whisking continuously. Cook until your desired thickness.

ASSMEBLE

Add steak and noodles to the pan and toss to coat with the sauce.

Serve immediately with green onions and sesame seeds!
