Homemade Potato Chips

These Homemade Potato Chips are super crunchy and so addicting!

ADD POTATOES TO OIL

Add oil and potatoes into a medium saucepan. Turn heat to high and cook for 10-12 minutes stirring occasionally.

SEASON CHIPS

Transfer chips to a paper towel lined plate. Immediately sprinkle with kosher salt.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauces or my homemade ranch.
