Baked Chicken Nuggets

These Baked Chicken Nuggets are much healthier than take-out or frozen!

TOAST BREADCRUMBS

Preheat oven to 400F. Add breadcrumbs and olive oil to a rimmed baking sheet and stir to coat the breadcrumbs in oil. While the oven is preheating add in the breadcrumbs and cook for 2-3 minutes.

BREAD CHICKEN NUGGETS

Add flour to a shallow bowl, set aside. Add eggs to a shallow bowl and whisk, set aside.  Starting with the flour and ending with breadcrumbs, dip the chicken into the flour, egg and seasoned breadcrumbs.

BAKE

Transfer the chicken nuggets to a baking sheet grease with nonstick cooking spray. Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Flip halfway through cooking.

Serve with a side of your favorite dipping sauce.
