These Bacon Cheddar Biscuits are loaded with tons of cheese, bacon, and chives.

In a large bowl combine cooked bacon, flour, chives, cheddar cheese, baking powder, baking soda, salt, onion and garlic powder.

Grate frozen butter using a cheese grater. Stir into the dry ingredients. Add buttermilk and stir until combined.

Flour the countertop and roll the dough into a 1 1/4 inch thick rectangle. Cut out 16 biscuits using a 2 inch biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on a baking sheet with parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 450F. Remove the biscuits from the freezer and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm!
