Cheeseburger Salad

This Cheeseburger Salad is perfect for a light lunch or dinner, as well as meal-prepping ahead of a busy week. It’s low carb, paleo and keto friendly!

COOK BEEF

Add oil to a large skillet over high heat and add in the beef. Cook until browned and no longer pink, 3-4 minutes.

ADD SEASONINGS

Add garlic powder, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

MAKE SAUCE

Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine. Set the sauce aside until you are ready to assemble the bowls.

ASSEMBLE

Divide lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onions, pickles and cooked ground beef between bowls.

Top with homemade burger sauce and serve immediately.
