Baked Eggs in Avocado

Baked Eggs in Avocado is a delicious and nutritious breakfast that combines creamy avocado with protein-rich eggs, crispy bacon and tangy feta!

CUT AVOCADO

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Cut avocado in half and remove the pit. If you would prefer to use a whole egg then scoop out some of the avocado flesh.

AIR FRY

Fill each avocado cavity with the egg then place in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the egg looks set.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper then top with feta cheese, bacon and green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!
