This quick and easy Sweet and Sour Salmon recipe takes just 30 minutes to make!
Preheat the oven to broil and position the rack at the top. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Place the salmon filets on the sheet.
In a small saucepan combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, thai chili sauce, garlic and cornstarch. Bring to a simmer and whisk constantly until the sauce has thickened.
Brush half the sauce on the salmon filets. Broil for 8-10 minutes, brushing with the remaining sauce halfway through. Cook until fully done.
Remove the skin and serve immediately with green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
