These french toast sticks are super easy and come together in minutes.
Add eggs, milk, vanilla and 1/4 tsp cinnamon to a medium bowl. Whisk to combine. Set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add in butter and cook until melted. Dip bread into the custard. Add to the pan and cook for 2-3 mins on each side.
In another bowl combine brown sugar, granulated sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Stir to combine. Set aside.
Serve immediately with maple syrup and enjoy!
