Apple Crisp

This Apple Crisp is topped with a crunchy oat streusel and filled with fresh apples.

Make crumb topping

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x9 pan. In a food processor with blade attachment, pulse brown sugar, flour, oats, and butter for 30 seconds or until combined.

Make apple filling

 In a medium bowl combine apples, lemon juice, cinnamon and brown sugar.

Bake

Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Serve warm with ice cream and enjoy!
